We will aim to ship all orders by the next working day. Once shipped by us, delivery will take 3-5 days with our shipping partner.

We are open for collections Monday - Saturday. Once your order is placed, please allow 24hrs for your order to be ready to collect. We can offer same day collection where possible, if this is what you need please contact us via our social media and we will let you know if it is possible to collect right away.

All products must be unopened and unused in order to return. Any open products cannot be returned, including glues and liquids, which are non returnable once ordered.

You must contact us within 14 days of ordering to submit your return request. You then have a further 14 days since the day you’ve made contact to ship the item to us.

We do not offer free returns, and recommend you use a tracked service to ensure the return reaches us safely.

Once you’ve sent us an email, we will aim to respond within 24 hours.

Due to your order being processed as soon as we receive it, we cannot guarantee cancelation.
